How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your favorite products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.
How long does delivery take?
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days , Other Cities/Towns: 3–6 business days , Remote Locations: 5–9 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. You can also track your order at any time on https://zotaportal.com/my-account/orders .
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
