  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • The product is eligible for return as per our Return Policy

  • The item is returned in its original condition, unused, with original tags and packaging

  • The request is made within the return window (typically 7 days from delivery)


Refund Process

1. Raise a Request

Email us at support@zotaportal.com with:

  • Your Order ID

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Clear images in case of damage or incorrect product

2. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If approved, we will initiate your refund.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Wallet, etc.)

  • It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider


Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Refunds are not applicable for products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused by us

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification
