Return Process:

  • If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup (for eligible locations), OR

  • Send you self-return instructions

  • After we receive and check the item:

    • For returns, your refund will be processed

    • For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped within 2–4 business days and delivered based on your location (usually within 4–7 business days total)
