π« Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)
Orders may fail to deliver if:

The customer is unavailable at the time of delivery

The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete

Payment is not completed (for COD, if enabled)
In such cases, the package will be marked as Returned to Origin (RTO). For redelivery, the customer must reconfirm details and may be charged a re-shipping fee.
