🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch it within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–9 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to location, local disruptions, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Prepaid Orders:
βœ… Free Shipping is available across India on all prepaid orders

Cash on Delivery (COD):
❌ COD is not available on most of our products
⚠️ If offered for select products, a nominal handling charge of β‚Ή49 may apply

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are usually processed the same day

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed on the next business day

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays

We deliver to over 19,000+ pin codes across India through trusted and verified logistics partners, ensuring secure and timely delivery to both urban and rural locations.

Currently, international shipping is not available.

🚫 Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

Orders may fail to deliver if:

  • The customer is unavailable at the time of delivery

  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete

  • Payment is not completed (for COD, if enabled)

In such cases, the package will be marked as Returned to Origin (RTO). For redelivery, the customer must reconfirm details and may be charged a re-shipping fee.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled
